PBIS in Action!
WHAT IS PBIS?
PBIS is the McLean Reward System that works to instill the motto: Be Safe, Be Responsible, Be Respectful. Each day teachers are looking for students portraying these characteristics. If a student is caught working towards these goals, they will receive a McLean McBuck that will go towards some amazing prizes!

WHAT IS A MCBUCK?

A McBuck is a blue square ticket that will be given to you by a McLean Staff Member when you are found meeting the goals of PBIS.  Once you receive your McBuck, there are two boxes available for you to place it into.  The boxes are located on the 3rd Floor and the choice is yours which box you want to place your McBuck into.  One box will have a winner drawn every 6 weeks for a big prize!  And the other box will be drawn every 2 weeks for a smaller prize.  By earning a McBuck and placing it in one of the two boxes, you will be entered into a drawing and a chance to win some awesome prizes! Click one of the links to the left to see the Drawing Dates and Prizes.
