Skyward Assistance

There are multiple ways to receive assistance through Skyward. If you have a general question about Skyward, you will likely find your answer in the Skyward PDC or the SkyDoc. For problems with access or general help, open a request to the Help Desk. Open a Help Desk Request, Email helpdesk@vigoschools.org or call ex. 11999. If you have a more complicated question, find a bug, or do not find your answer in the PDC or SkyDoc, you will want to enter a Skyward Help Ticket. See the instructions below to learn how to access the Skyward User Group, Skyward PDC, SkyDoc, and the Skyward Help Ticket system.

Skyward Users Group

As an additional resource for help with Skyward, a Google group called SkyWUG has been created, which will help develop our internal support. This is a mailing list designed for you to share questions, answers, and useful information about Skyward. Since Skyward is customized to our school corporation, the first and best resource will be to turn to the people who know it best - US. To join, send an email to SkyWUG+Subscribe@vigoschools.org".

To login to Skyward Vigo County, please go to skyward.vigoschools.org. To login to the Skyward PDC, please go to procenter.skyward.com. If you do not have your username and password for the Skyward PDC or for Skyward Vigo County, please contact the Help Desk at ex. 11999, or enter a Help Desk Ticket.

Skyward PDC

The Skyward Professional Development Center is available as a training resource to those who will be using Skyward. This training is required as a prerequisite to all additional Skyward training. To access the Skyward training modules, go to procenter.skyward.com.

SkyDoc


SkyDoc

The SkyDoc is available to answer any general questions that you may have about Skyward. To access the SkyDoc, click the question mark in the upper-left corner, and then click the SkyDoc - Skyward Documentation tab. Once you are in the SkyDoc page, you are able to search different topics and commonly asked questions through the navigation on the right side.

Skyward Customer Access

If you have a question about something specific in Skyward, you may put in a Skyward Help Ticket. To enter a Skyward Help Ticket, click the question mark in the upper-left corner, and then click the Customer Access tab. In the request section, select your Contact Preference, and fill out the Summary and Detail sections. Once you have completed the request, select Submit to Queue. If you do not have access to the Skyward Help Ticket and feel like it would benefit you, please call ex. 11999.
