Ticket Request

How do you put in a Ticket Request? There are two different tickets that you can fill out. Read the descriptions below, and determine which ticket best fits your needs. Click on the link for that ticket, and fill out the information. Once you have completed the ticket, click "Submit Request." You will be notified via email once your ticket is submitted.

Technical Request

The Technical Request Form is where you will put in a request to fix any general technology issue. Enter a Technical Request if you need assistance with a computer, Thin Client, software, etc.
